How to Give Your Palm Pre Battery an Extra Boost

Lets face it, we can always use a little more when it comes to the battery life available by the majority of the smartphones on the market. Specifically speaking, the Palm Pre has been among those getting bad press for it’s less than stellar battery life. However, the crew over at PalmPre-Hacks have been all over this issueand have recently put up a post containing a quick and easy way to maximize the battery life of your Pre.

As mentioned in the video, turning the LCD brightness on the Palm Pre down to it’s lowest setting can improve it’s battery life by 3-4x of it’s normal capacity. Not too shabby, especially considering it’s free and easy!
